Royal We is a full-service specialty store retailer with a brick & mortar physical location in Conway, Arkansas, where customers shop daily.  
When you place an order on our website, WE will treat you with the same care and respect that WE extend to our in-store customers.  As an online customer, it is our priority to make sure each order is filled in a timely manner and shipped as agreed.  WE assure you that your online experience can only be surpassed by coming to our store for a more personable, fun, in-person experience with our outstanding, qualified staff.

Please note that the prices seen on our website reflect the designer’s suggested retail price [MSRP].  The designers we represent do not allow their collections to be displayed on a website for a lower price than the MSRP.  If you discover a lower price on any other website, for the exact style and designer, you can KNOW FOR CERTAIN that the website is producing and selling counterfeit dresses or gowns of inferior quality and advertising them as originals.

The prices in our store are not necessarily equal to the prices on our website.  We accept orders online to give our customers the convenience of purchasing their dresses or gowns directly from our website without the time and expense incurred when traveling to our physical retail location.

We will continue to do everything we can to keep the prices on our website accurate and consistent with the designer’s suggested retail price at the current time.  However, it is possible that there may be a price on our website that has not been updated due to a recent MSRP change.  If a purchase is made on our website that is determined to have been listed with an incorrect price, we will correct the price on our website as well as contact you immediately with the corrected purchase price.  At that time, you will have the opportunity to cancel your purchase or process a new order with the corrected price.  Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will we honor a price that is found to be incorrect on our website; this would be considered a breach of our agreement with our designers who do not allow their styles to be sold for a price less than the MSRP.

No refunds or credits will be issued for online purchases.  We encourage using the appropriate size chart provided by each designer prior to purchasing.
